Application workflow
How to apply — step by step
Create or sign in to your Halzanîn account
Registration is free and takes under 2 minutes. You need a valid email address and a mobile number for OTP verification.
Complete the online application form
Fill in your personal details and any service-specific information. All fields with a red asterisk are required.
Book your appointment slot
Choose a date and time to visit the Civil Registry service centre for document verification. Slots are available Sunday through Thursday.
Upload your supporting documents
Upload scanned copies or clear photographs of all required documents. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF — max 5 MB each.
Attend your appointment and collect your document
Bring originals of all documents on your appointment day. Your QR receipt will be sent by email and is available in your dashboard. Collection is usually at the same visit.
